Ingredients for 2 persons:
250g chicken breast fillet, skin
1 sprig of rosemary
1 small onion
125ml dry white wine
125ml vegetable stock

1 tablespoon soy cream
1 pinch of carob flour

preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C preheat.
